What are the opening hours of the venue?
The space is open Monday through Saturday, from 9 am to 8 pm.
What are the hours of operation via WhatsApp?
Customer service via WhatsApp is available during the following hours:
Hairdresser: Tuesday to Saturday, from 9am to 6pm.
Beauty salon and manicure services: Monday to Saturday, from 9 am to 6 pm.
Where are Lura Organic Beauty locations located?
We have two locations in Lisbon:

How can I schedule an appointment?
Appointments can be made through our official website luraorganic.com. If you prefer to speak directly with the team, you can contact us using the numbers provided for each service area.
What is the appointment cancellation policy?
We request that cancellations be made at least 6 hours in advance, or by 9 PM for appointments scheduled for the following morning. Cancellations outside this timeframe or no-shows may result in a charge of 50 percent of the service fee. In case of no-show without prior notice, a 50 percent deposit will be required for rescheduling.
What happens if there is a delay?
In case of delay, we will do our best to complete the service within the available time slot. However, delays exceeding 15 minutes may require rescheduling the service to avoid compromising subsequent appointments.
Is a deposit required to book a service?
Normally it is not necessary. However, after an absence without prior notice, a deposit corresponding to 50% of the service value may be requested to reschedule.
What payment methods are accepted by Lura Organic Beauty?
